My experience has been like a roller coaster ride. It started out very good with a showroom with enough vehicles in ready position; later scheduled delivery was not so pleasant as things didn’t fall in place as the car wasn’t ready and it was postponed.

There seems to be a lot of improvement and changes in the Service Department at Ford Dhone. The front desk is the best. The person attending is extremely aware of the needs of the customers and the time spent waiting in the office. As they do the servicing they send you updates (videos) to your phone on the progress made. There is pick and drop facility as well.
